Explanation of Summer Fees:
The Rental Deposit due at time of booking is 50% of the following fees:
Weekly Rental Fee
+MA Sales Tax (6.25%)
+Refundable Security Deposit $1000
+Cleaning Fee $300
The Remaining Balance is due 60 days before your rental week.

Off Season and Winter Rental
Off Season and Winter Rentals are available. We rent Beach Hive out for 2 night minimum stays as well as weekly or monthly. Please contact us for details!
